The knowledge of codes and regulations comes with any commercial project,  

which may include:  fire code, electrical and mechanical knowledge, 

ADA Accessibility Guide lines, wayfinding, etc.

 

SHAUNACO.DESIGN has the experience and knowledge to create drawings

to be approved for building and code permits.  With each level of drawings,

comes a new level of building, planning, and coordinating with professionals,

which is what this type of work and experience requires.

 

Construction Documents are an important part of the planning process,

these documents may include: Existing Floor Plan, Demo Plan, Construction Plan, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical Plan, Cabinetry Plan, Furniture Plan,

Lighting Plan, Switching Plan, Elevations, and Renderings.

All of these can be done by SHAUNACO.DESIGN within the limits of local codes and regulations (any non-structural, demo and construction plans of up to 3,000 sq. ft.). 

 

The goal of an Interior Designer is to protect the Health, Safety and Welfare
